We’ll swing by, pick up your laundry, clean it with care, and return it fresh, folded, and ready to wear in 24 hours. Dry cleaning takes 3 days, because even suits need a little R&R.
Choose from Standard, Deluxe, or Premium service depending on how extra your laundry week is. No matter what you pick, you’ll get the same attention to detail and hometown care.
All we ask is for a 20 lb. Minimum order.
Friendly reminder: If our driver shows up and your laundry isn’t ready, there’s a $10 missed pickup fee. Don’s a nice guy, but his schedule’s tight.
At Don’s Laundry, we don’t just clean clothes; we carry on a family tradition built on trust, quality, and consistency.
When you use our laundry pickup near Jamaica, and surrounding areas, we take our time and separate whites from colors, etc. to make sure we give your items the best laundering possible. Each order received is always washed separately from all other orders. We will not combine laundry orders for any reason, so your items will always be returned to you. Customers can request items to be hung up. This is free of charge if you supply the hangers. If you need to purchase hangers, they are $0.10 each. Don't forget to include your dry cleaning with your laundromat pick up order.

Don's Laundry Standard Practices
Please remove everything from your clothing before you drop off laundry. We are not responsible for items left inside your laundry bags, for example: Pens, Markers, Crayons, Lipstick, food, money, jewelry, electronics, etc.
We are not responsible for any damage to clothing caused by plastic, vinyl, rubber, or other materials found within your laundry. We are not responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, color loss, shrinkage, stretching or abrasions. We also reserve the right to refuse to clean any items we feel will cause damage to your clothing or our machines. We strongly suggest having your wire bras, special undergarments, hosiery, swimwear, and similar items placed in a small mesh bag or undergarment bag so as to not lose or damage any parts.
Special items, such as sequins, beads, leather, suede, furs, faux, bras, wool, oil rags, silk, lace, shoes, should be brought to our attention while dropping off your laundry.
Reimbursements or damaged items processed through our wash and fold service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. This list must include the brand, item style, color, and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the reimbursement for wash and fold services shall not exceed more than 5 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credit. If no list is provided at the time of drop off, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will not be any reimbursement or compensation of any form.
