Tell us in the software where you will leave your clothes. It might be on the front porch, on the back porch, behind the fence, by the apartment door, in the lobby, with the apartment manager, or in an unlocked garage.

Don's Laundry Standard Practices
Please remove everything from your clothing before you drop off laundry. We are not responsible for items left inside your laundry bags, for example: Pens, Markers, Crayons, Lipstick, food, money, jewelry, electronics, etc.
We are not responsible for any damage to clothing caused by plastic, vinyl, rubber, or other materials found within your laundry. We are not responsible for any wear and tear of laundry, including loss of buttons, fading, fatiguing, holes, color loss, shrinkage, stretching or abrasions. We also reserve the right to refuse to clean any items we feel will cause damage to your clothing or our machines. We strongly suggest having your wire bras, special undergarments, hosiery, swimwear, and similar items placed in a small mesh bag or undergarment bag so as to not lose or damage any parts.
Special items, such as sequins, beads, leather, suede, furs, faux, bras, wool, oil rags, silk, lace, shoes, should be brought to our attention while dropping off your laundry.
Reimbursements or damaged items processed through our wash and fold service may be issued if a detailed list of each item is accompanied with the order at the time of drop off. This list must include the brand, item style, color, and size of each individual item in the order. The value of the reimbursement for wash and fold services shall not exceed more than 5 times our charge for cleaning the order, preferably in the form of store credit. If no list is provided at the time of drop off, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items and there will not be any reimbursement or compensation of any form.
